Place Your Order

We have a wide range of deluxe card stock colours, textures and designs to choose from.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have selected to receive a Design Proof, this will be provided to you via email within 3 business days.

Changes & Approvals

Once you have received your Design Proof, let us know if you require any wording, colour or shape choice changes.

 

You can make up to two revisions free of charge. Anything outside of this will incur additional fees.

Production & Delivery

After your design is approved, the magic happens. Production times take 1-3 weeks, depending on the volume of your order.

Once completed, we will ship your order via Australia Post or you can select local pick up.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Can you express ship my order?
    We certainly can! We offer same day dispatch on any express order placed before 11am. Make sure you select express shipping at the checkout. Express shipping times depend on your location. We ship from Moama, New South Wales.
  • Can I click & collect?
    Of course! Party Ready is available for all local pick ups from our warehouse in Moama, New South Wales.
  • Who can I contact about my order?

  • Custom Colour Garland Requests
    If you have a particular colour theme for your balloon garland, we can create a custom order to suit your requests. You can shop the custom collection here.
  • How much is shipping?
    We offer $10 standard shipping or FREE standard shipping for all orders over $100. Express shipping is $15.
  • Do you offer express shipping?
    Yes, we do! Express shipping is $15. Express orders will be dispatched the next business day or same day if ordered by 11am (custom orders excluded - please contact us via email if you require a custom order via express) via Australia Post express. Delivery time will be 1-3 business days Australia wide from date of dispatch.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order and another with your tracking information once it has been fulfilled. Shipping fees are non-refundable if your order is returned.
  • What are your shipping timeframes?
    We ship daily from Moama, New South Wales. Please see below as a guide for shipping timeframes (these are approximate).   • Where do you ship from?
    All orders are shipped from Moama, New South Wales.
  • Can I track my order?
    Absolutely! You will receive a tracking number from Australia Post as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. If for some reason you don't receive your tracking email, please contact us ASAP.
  • What if I need to return an order?
    We offer a 30 day 100% Money Back Guarantee if your party plans change or you need to return your order. Your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days after the returned products have been received (provided they are returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery).
  • Do you ship overseas?
    Unfortunately, we do not ship overseas at this time.
  • What is included in the DIY Garland Kit?
    Our DIY balloon garland kits contain everything you need to create your garland – all balloons (based on your size, will include the correct amount of balloons - mini, regular & large), balloon strip to attach your balloons, glue dots, a dual action pump for inflation and instructions to follow.
  • What is the difference between standard and deluxe garlands?
    Our Standard garlands use 100% latex balloons. They consist of a single layer of balloons, making them budget friendly and easy to inflate. Our Deluxe garlands use double-stuffed balloons (two balloons layered together to achieve unique colours and an opaque look). They are commonly used by event stylists and industry professionals in large balloon displays.
  • How do I place a custom order?
    Option 1: If you already have an idea of the colours you’d like to order, please head directly to our custom order page and choose your colours from the colour chart. Option 2: Need a little help with your colour selection? You can email us hello@thepopuppartyco.com.au, we would love to assist! You can also reach us via Instagram DM, FB messenger or our website help form. We well get back to you as soon as we can, and will walk you through the process.
  • What is the turn around time for a custom order?
    Turn around time for custom orders is 3-5 days before dispatch. This timeframe may be extended if your order is placed during a sale period. Please email our team (hello@eventsandcoechuca.com.au) if you require your custom order urgently and we can see if it is achievable.
  • How long does it take to build a garland?
    For our best seller, Extra Large, it will take approximately 1.5 - 2 hours to build the 4m garland. Mini: 30 - 40 mins Medium: 40 - 60 mins Large: 1 - 1.5 hours Overflowing: 2 – 2.5 hours The process will be quicker if you have someone to help inflate and tie the balloons.
  • What are your balloons made of?
    We use high quality balloons made of natural rubber latex and are 100% plastic-free.
  • Do I need helium to inflated my garland?
    No helium is required for our balloon garlands. They are air-filled using a dual action pump (included in your kit) or by electric pump (if you have one). If you retire your balloons to 'float', then helium is required.
  • When do I inflate my balloons?
    As the balloons for your garland filled with air, they will last for days. We recommend building your garland a day or two before your event. Just keep it indoors (in a cool, dark place) prior to the day of your party.
  • Is it difficult to inflate double-stuffed balloons?
    It can be a little trickier to inflate double-stuffed balloons due to the two layers but generally it is similar to inflating a standard balloon.
