Thinking of hiring with Events & Co x The Picnic Club? In order to secure your event date, we require payment upfront or a 50% deposit to be paid within 24hrs of receiving your invoice. This deposit is non-refundable and by paying this deposit, you agree to this clause. The remaining 50% is to be paid 7 calendar days before your selected date. 

 

Please note: picnics are catered on a per head basis. The number of guests stated on your invoice can be increased on request with the final amount updated to reflect, but we are unable to decrease your original guest count. This is due to payments made by us, to external vendors, to secure services and items for your booking. 

 

If you need to make slight alterations to your booking, please reach out as soon as possible. Slight alterations refers to time changes (based on availability), dietary requirements or if you seek an alternative date due to unforeseen weather changes. No changes can be made once final invoice has been paid (7 days before event date).
